No returns or exchanges. Buyer can contact seller about any issues with an order.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right to withdraw does not apply to goods that are made to order, customized, or produced according to the customer’s measurements or specific requests.

Because all of our rhythmic gymnastics leotards are individually handmade based on the customer’s measurements, design choices, and customization details, these items are not eligible for return, cancellation, or exchange once the order has been confirmed.

Return Policy for Ready-to-Ship Sale Items

Sale Items (Ready to Ship)

All ready-to-ship leotards sold at a discounted price (including sale, clearance, and promotional offers) are final sale.
Such items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

This rule applies because sale items are offered at a significantly reduced price and cannot be restocked or resold at full value.

 

Sizing Responsibility

For ready-to-ship leotards, detailed measurements are provided in the product description.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and ensuring the selected size fits.
We do not accept returns due to wrong size choice.

We reserve the right to make design changes to the product in accordance with the new rules and the gymnast's figure. Also, the shades of fabrics used in production may have minor differences from those presented on the site.
